Here we go! With a little encouragement from my psychology guru Mark Jayawardena we are trying classes this Saturday 28th March via Zoom.This is great chance for anyone to get to know us from all around the globe so feel free to invite your friends. The more the merrier, especially kids class!

A small Just Rhythm team headed to Adelaide to get a jump on the competition season for 2020 to compete at the Adelaide Spectacular Ballroom Dance Championship held at the Wonderland Ballroom. It provided a perfect opportunity for our dancers to try out some new choreography on the floor before heading into the Victorian competitions.

DanceSport Victoria is excited to announce the DSV International Travel Grant. This comprises two grants of up to $2,500 each, to assist two couples (one Ballroom, one Latin) to participate in an international competition of their choice. These grants can be used for airfares and/or accommodation and must be used by the end of 2021.

Saturday Skills & Practice returns Saturday 1st February 2020. Anna is away the first two classes on the 1st & 8th of Feb but we are so lucky to have Brent Olifant fill in on those dates.

One of the most anticipated events of the year at Just Rhythm is the Christmas Gala Night. This year had an 80's Christmas theme and the level of commitment to the theme was amazing. From double denim and new romantic right through to the Choose Life t-shirts, RahRah Skirts and even a touch of 80s rock we had everything.

We're always so proud of not only your dancing but how you conduct yourselves with team spirit and grace. We can’t all walk away with the results we dream of but it’s important to grow and learn from our experiences so we can be inspired to dream bigger and work harder. Bring on 2020!

It's one of the busiest times of the year for Ballroom dancers in Australia with The Australian Championships fast approaching. Nova is a fantastic opportunity for our dancers to get some practice in a live competition environment. As an added bonus, it's held our own backyard only being a few minutes from the Just Rhythm studio.
